My Nia Classes
Classic Nia Class 60 Minutes
Classic Nia elevates and energizes your movement and wellness practice
with simple & fun guided choreography received within a Nia routine format, melding the music and Nia's 52 Moves
as we dance and flow through
the 7 Cycles of a Nia class
in this 60 minute experience.
Nia Move It Class 30 Minutes/60 Minutes
Nia 'Move It' is a fun, whole body conditioning, interval-style class, experiencing the 52 Moves in motion & dancing to great music while playing with each of the 52 Moves
for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
I offer both a
'Nia Move It' in 30 minutes class &
a 'Nia Move It' in 60 minutes class during the 4th full week of each month
Classic Nia Class 30 Minutes
Classic Nia in 30 minutes is a great way to start the day (or dance later via the class replay) & when you're looking for a shorter, more condensed workout. It uses a Classic NIa routine format with simple & fun guided choreography,
while still having
the same feel-good benefit of
the 7 Cycles of a Nia class.
